Pre-Owned Equipment

From time to time, Alpha has available pre-owned equipment for sale.

Alpha works with clients who wish to dispose of geophysical instruments by advertising them to potential buyers and including them on the list below.

The following is a summary of equipment that is either pre-owned, ex-demonstration or on consignment that is available for sale:

The following is the basis for the definition of the condition of each of the items:

Mint:	The item presents as new with no defects or missing packaging/paperwork.
Excellent:	The item shows wear consistent with light usage (e.g. fingerprints and other light handling marks, dust) and may be missing some or all of its packaging/paperwork but is functionally perfect.
Very Good:	The item shows wear consistent with moderate usage (e.g. minor scuffs or paint loss) and may be missing some or all of its packaging/paperwork but is functionally perfect.
Good:	The item shows wear consistent with heavy usage (e.g. obvious cosmetic scratches) and may be missing some or all of its packaging/paperwork but is functionally perfect.
Fair:	The item shows considerably higher than usual wear and may be missing some or all of its packaging/paperwork but is functionally perfect.
For parts/repair:	The item is not fully functional and is sold with no guarantees or warranties - FOR PARTS/REPAIR ONLY!
